To satisfy our customer’s stringent quality requirements, we implement an across-the-board quality assurance programme in accordance with the international standards TS 16949 and ISO 9001:2000. Boxholm Stål has been ISO 9000-certified since 1992. Our quality assurance programme covers everything from the base material – which is purchased from leading European manufacturers – across the whole manufacturing chain to the customer.

 

 

We therefore work hard on making continuous improvements and on preventing faults from arising. Boxholm Stål AB’s policy is only let fault-free material leave the plant.

 

For us, taking care of the environment is a not a separate issue but a natural part of our operation. We are continuously developing our processes to protect the environment in which we operate.

 

Eco-cycle thinking. We ensure that our overall environment philosophy is a practicable concept that translates into real measures and creates possibilities for continuous improvements. Boxholm Stål AB’s environment management system SS-ISO 14001 constitutes an effective control instrument and lends credibility to our environmental work. We work systematically on improving the environment for our staff and are AFS 2001:1-certified. At Boxholm technology, organisation and work content are designed to prevent our employees being exposed to physical and mental stress that can lead to ill health or accidents. Measures are planned, implemented and followed up in collaboration with all the affected employees. Work is conducted in accordance with established routines which are integrated into our business system.
